Event programme containing stage maps for the next weekend’s FIA European Rally Championship Latvian round Tet Rally Liepāja has been published. Altogether Tet Rally Liepāja will have 17 spectator zones, as well as, after a long break, two city stages will return for this year’s event – one in Talsi and one in Liepāja’s Jūrmala park territory, which will include artificial jump and roundabout, where drivers will make some spectacular doughnuts. Tet Rally Liepāja will consist of ten stages in the regions of Tukums, Talsi, Kuldīga and Dienvidkurzeme, as well as Talsi and Liepāja cities.

Start for the first stage of the Tet Rally Liepāja will be given at 11:00 on 17th of June, and from the first meters of competition, the FIA European Rally Championship crews will face the challenge of the Tukums stage, which will be 27,56 kilometres long. It will be the longest special stage of the rally, and crews will be racing through it twice.
The third stage will showcase the best rally traditions of the Talsi region. The beginning of the stage will be in the city of Talsi, with the fastest crews of the FIA European Rally Championship starting for the first time on the city streets surrounded by nine hillocks of Talsi. The stage will then continue outside the city, concluding with a short but dynamic gravel section in the Talsi region.
Later on the first day, there will be a return to the Kuldīga region, which last hosted the FIA European Rally Championship stages five years ago. This time, there will be two stages in the Kuldīga municipality: Īvande and Snēpele.

At the end of Saturday, in the city of Liepāja, there will be a treat for all residents and visitors – a super special city stage in Liepāja's Jūrmala park. The stage is designed to provide multiple thrilling sideways slides around the roundabout at Kūrmājas prospekts, as well as going over the artificial jump.
On Sunday, June 18, the final day of Tet Rally Liepāja will start at 8:55 a.m. Throughout the day, there will be four gravel stages in the Dienvidkurzeme region. The participants will first tackle the Liepieni stage, followed by the Krogzemji stage. Then, there will be a visit to the service park to prepare the cars for the repeated stages of Liepieni and Krogzemji, with the latter being designated as the "Power Stage," offering additional championship points.
A total of 68 crews representing 27 countries, including New Zealand, Japan, Australia, and Argentina, have registered for the 2023 Tet Rally Liepāja. The rally program includes ten stages, covering a total competitive distance of 183.89 kilometres across four municipalities and two cities in the FIA European Rally Championship event in Latvia.
